Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).
Academic qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Forensic Science, Criminology & Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Sciences, Military or Police degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies
• A certificate in investigations course.
• Senior Management Course lasting not less than three (3) weeks from a recognized institution.
• Registered with a relevant professional body where applicable.
• Computer application skills
Previous relevant work experience required.
• Served for a minimum period of three (3) years in the grade of Senior
• Investigations Officer at IPOA or nine (9) years in a comparable and relevant
• position in the Public Service or the Private Service.
