Job Requirements
· Be in possession of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and
· Be registered by Engineer`s Registration Board of Kenya as a Graduate Engineer.
· 3 Years post-graduation Experience in an Engineering field
· Proficiency in the relevant computer applications
· Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
Job Description
· Supervision of construction and maintenance of Street lighting and other Electrical works being undertaken by the County Government.
· Planning, organizing, and collecting of economic, environmental and social data for various Nairobi City County Lighting &Energy investment programs and strategies.
· Preparation of bid documents for County Projects.
· Preparation of Electrical Engineering Designs of all Electrical and Energy Projects
· Preparation and reviewing of tender documentation for Electrical and Energy Projects.
· Preparing records for Lighting and Energy asset database;
· Preparation of procurement plans for Lighting and Energy Projects,
· Performing any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time
