Job Requirements
· Must have a Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree and qualified under Section 12 and 13 of the Advocates Act.
· A Diploma in law or having registered for a Diploma with the Kenya School of Law will be an added advantage.
· Possess leadership skill, ability to work under pressure, organization skills, problem solving.
· Demonstrate professional competence in work performance and results
· Must be below 30 years of age.
Job Description
· Reporting to the Respective Directorates
· Assist in obtaining instructions and witness from relevant departments/ sectors
· Managing case files.
· Assist in verification of supporting documents for preparations of transfers, leases agreements for lease assignments.
· Assist in preparation of performance Bonds
· Assist in drafting county Bills and Policies
· Assist in Carrying out Research
· Carrying out any other duty assigned
