Qualification

Education, Skills and Experience
in the area of specialization
Minimum of 3 years’ experience at the level of Technologist.
Computer literacy

OR

Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant area of specialization
Minimum of 5 years’ experience at the level of Technologist.
Computer literacy

Key responsibilities also include
Duties and Responsibilities
Deputize the Principal Laboratory Technologist where necessary in all technical matters of the department.
Organize procurement Requirements, installation, usage, maintenance, depreciation valuation and disposal.
Initiate and execute research activities in the department in collaboration with the academic staff.
Participate in curriculum development in the department.
Supervises Staff under their section.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
