Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities will entail:
• Supervising allocation of office accommodation;
• Supervision of support service within the Corporation;
• Monitoring location and movement of office equipment and materials;
• Identification of office equipment and furniture requirement for the
• Corporation;
• Facilitating meetings, conferences, and other special events
• Ensuring general maintenance of office equipment’s and building is undertaken
• Generating administrative reports on repairs and maintenance.
• Supervising fleet management: and
• Implementing administrative policies and strategies
Job Specification
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
• At least four (4) years work experience
• Bachelors degree in Public Administration; Business Administration; Office Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Supervisory course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the constitution.
