REF NO: MRT/14/2021 UNIT MANAGER - AGENCIES & PSV
Reporting to the Agency Manager, the position holder will ensure close supervision and support of independent Agencies in their region.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Recruiting, selecting, training, motivating and onboarding independent agencies
- Sourcing quality and sustainable business for the Company
- Growing the PSV segment of the Business
Qualification, Competencies and Attributes
• Degree of Diploma in any business-related field.
• A Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance
• A Diploma in insurance will be an added advantage
• Minimum track record of five years in insurance Sales Management
