Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Requirements for appointment
1. Be a Kenyan Citizen;
2. Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery;
• Higher diploma in Psychology;
1. Be registered by Clinical Officers Council;
2. Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience;
3. Registered by the Kenya Clinical Officers Council; and
• Possession a valid practice license.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provision of psychology and mental health services to patients in the outpatient department using current guidelines and protocols;
2. Provision of psychological assessment and services to staff;
• Giving continuous medical education on a regular basis;
1. Undertake requisite professional development activities; and
2. Performing any other duty as may be assigned.
