Developments under the Superior Homes brand include Greenpark Estate in Athi River, Pazuri at Vipingo and Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge.
The Food and Beverage waiter will be stationed in the F&B Sales & Service Department comprising of the Restaurant, Bar, Banqueting and Room service. The server must demonstrate professionalism, desirable customer care, courtesy/desirable etiquette, team spirit and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Customer Service.
2. Collect Food & Beverage Orders.
3. Serve Food and Beverages.
4. Clean and Prepare Tables.
5. Process Payments.
6. Room Service.
7. Setting conference halls and events venues.
8. Food & Beverage Server Skills.
Requirements:
1. Team player
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent telephone etiquette
4. Able to adhere to Food & Beverage department checklist
5. Punctual- reporting to work and work execution
6. Proper/professional personal grooming
7. Excellent food and menu knowledge
8. Excellent Wine and bar knowledge with proper knowledge of local & international cocktails
9. Being able to stand and walk for long periods of time
10. Providing excellent guest service/experience
11. Excellent general arithmetic skills
12. Sales ability- upselling and suggestive selling skills
13. Ability to use the point of Sale proficiently
