We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Senior Business Development Officer. The position holder will report to the General Manager-Corporate Life and Pensions and will be based at Head Office in Nairobi.

Role Purpose
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing letting, rent collection, lease administration, property projects, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the properties.

Main Responsibilities
1.Business Growth: Revenue Growth in Corporate Pension Business.
2.New Business Prospects: Ensure proposal are released within the set timelines, ensuring timely submission of tender business with all key requirements enclosed, organizing, and conducting members education sessions.
3.Relationships Management: Assist the Business Development Manager to build strong business relationships with our existing intermediaries and marketing Jubilee Insurance products. Growth of intermediary portfolio and introduction of new intermediaries to the business.
4.Data Management: Maintaining accurate records for new business and production reports.
5.Customer Care: Providing superior services to new client and ensure seamless onboarding process for new schemes.
6.Gathering Information on the Market: Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date information of market trends, competition, and products in the market (Corporate Pension Business)
7.Leadership: Mentor and coach employees reporting to you.
