Job Description

The Position:
Reporting to the Head, Employee Relations & Wellness, this position is responsible for providing all administrative support for the department as well as to collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to the key performance indicators of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties; maintaining data, files and records
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Analyse data and use to create insightful reports identifying process improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators of the department.
• Prepare and issue letters on non-compliance to the one third rule as designated and ensure closure of cases that involve taking disciplinary actions.
• Follow up and ensure closure of financial misconduct cases as designated.
• Respond to enquiries pertaining to CBA violations, Terms of Service and staff complaints.
• Respond to queries relating to ex-staff and court cases.
• Prepare departmental and other ad hoc reports as directed or required.
• Provide support in organizing departmental-led events such as inter-bank sports competition, simba awards, awareness campaigns, etc.
• Receive all quotations and invoices for raising IPRs and LPO processing in the Oracle Systems.
• Track outstanding disciplinary and grievance cases and bring to attention of respective ER managers for closure.

The Person:
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Business-related field
• Professional qualifications in HRM will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration, including experience in data analysis and stakeholder management.
• Knowledgeable in Labour & Employment laws as well as HR regulatory guidelines.
• Must have a high proficiency in HR data and records management, with high attention to detail
