Assistant Manager, Resource Mobilization and Enterprise
Development (Grade 4)NITA/HR&A/05/07/2022- 1 post
Reporting to the Manager Resource Mobilization and Enterprise Development, the job
holder will be responsible for mobilization of resources to support Industrial Training
and to carry out Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Resource Mobilization and Enterprise Development is
responsible for the following;
i. Designing and implementing of Authorities products and services;
ii. Marketing of the products and services;
iii. Assisting in the development of corporate marketing strategic plans;
iv. Promote initiatives for resource mobilization from local and international
funding for the development of industrial training development of new
products and services;
v. Coordinate formulation of innovative business ideas related to the growth of
industrial training sector;
vi. Carry out marketing research and surveys;
vii. Packaging and pricing of products and services;
viii. Promote business incubation;
ix. Identifying and developing new brand partners based on market value,
requirements and customer viability;
x. Define, analyze and report market-specific, solutions-specific, service-specific
and customer driven demand;
xi. Sending information, Instructions and preparation of schedule list of products
and services due for marketing;
xii. Handle customer enquiries and complaints and feedback on various services
offered by the Authority ; and
xiii. Contributing into the Authorities newsletters and other publicity materials.

Person Specifications
For appointment at this position, a candidate must have: -
i. At least ten (10) years’ relevant experience with at least four (4) Years’
experience in management;
ii. Master’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent;
iii. Bachelor’s degree in Either Commerce (Marketing) or Business Administration
(marketing), Business Management (marketing) or its equivalent;
iv. Postgraduate Diploma in marketing/business enterprise/entrepreneurship or
its equivalent;
v. Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks;
vi. Proficiency in computer applications; and
vii. Member of a relevant professional body.
