• Academic qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Library and Information Science, Knowledge Management, Communication or equivalent from a recognized institution;
• Must have undertaken at least one-year Internship in relevant discipline with a reputable organisation.
Functional Skills, Behavioural Competencies/Attributes:
• Proficiency in computer applications;
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of kenya 2010
