Salary Scale Kshs. 91, 693- 169, 969 p.m.
House Allowance Kshs. 45,000 p.m.
Commuter Allowance Kshs. 16,000 p.m.
Leave Allowance As existing in the Civil Service
Medical Cover As provided by the Secretariat
Terms of Service Four (4) Years Contract renewable subject to satisfactory performance
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for undertaking research on service delivery, operationalization and optimization of Huduma service channels and management of innovations.
Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
1. Served for a minimum period of six (6) years in the public or private sector;
2. Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration/Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
3. Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution;
4. Met the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
5. Demonstrated a high degree of professional competence and a thorough understanding of national goals, policies and Kenya Vision 2030 and ability to align them to the Secretariat’s mandate
Key Duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -
1. Assist in undertaking research on customer needs and profiles;
2. Assist in identifying appropriate channels of service delivery for different customer profiles;
3. Participating in team meetings on improvement of service channels;
4. Monitoring the Implementation of the developed channels;
5. Participating in innovations; and
6. Preparing reports on the performance of each Huduma Service delivery channel.
