Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific responsibilities include:
- Design and implementation of structured cabling, active IT/Network, Audio-Visual and Security systems
- Oversee office networks, infrastructure and software/systems designs and implementation.
- Support end-users and ensure 100% uptime of networks, infrastructure, and systems.
- Provide technology and server hardware setup, administration, and maintenance.
- Responsible for supporting the IT function on a day-to-day operational basis and ensuring that the system and network are always on optimum performance.
- Design, setup and management of high-level design of video conferencing platforms, access control, CCTV and other modern technical security controls systems.
- Configure and manage server technology.
- Ensure all systems are cost-effective, functional, reliable, and secure, with minimal system downtime.
REQUIREMENTS
Hard skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or any other IT-related degree.
- Certified Microsoft and Cisco engineer.
- 7 years of experience.
- Must have hands-on experience in PowerShell, MPLS and all video conference systems.
