Digital Technology Lead, MPESA Foundation Academy.
Overall role purpose
The purpose of the Digital Technology Lead is to oversee all digital and social brand communications initiatives to increase brand awareness for the institution and overall maintenance of school website including the cloud server management.
Persons Specification
• BSc degree in ICT related field, Digital media or relevant field
• Understanding of paid advertising ecosystem (Google Adwords, social media banners)
• Demonstrable experience with software applications such as; mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, Survey tools (SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Typeform)
• Excels at incorporating best-in-class design principles (color theory, space, shape, alignment, responsive etc.) to the web and mobile application concepts
• Solid knowledge of design and editing programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro.
• Proven experience in managing and administering cloud server infrastructure. • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, containerization, and infrastructure as-code concepts.
• Understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Experience with security practices and compliance frameworks related to cloud server infrastructure.
