Position: Digital Sales Officers (2 positions)

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Digital Sales Officers within Jubilee Health Insurance Limited. The
position holder will report to the Head of Bancassurance and Digital Channels and will be based at our Head Office in Nairobi.
Role Purpose
Handle leads generated from various sources, such as Direct Sales, Refer-a-Friend campaigns, Lead generators, social media,
website, and other marketing campaigns. The Digital Sales Officer will contact clients, provide after-sale services, and ensure
customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.

Main Responsibilities
1. Contacting Clients:
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential customers who have shown interest in our health insurance
products.
• Engage in meaningful conversations, provide product information, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
2. After-Sale Services:
• Support existing customers by assisting with policy renewals, answering questions about coverage and benefits, and
addressing any post-sale inquiries.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Handle Incoming Customer Interactions:
• Manage incoming customer interactions through direct channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat platforms.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, resolve customer issues, and assist with product or service-related
queries.
4. Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Document customer feedback, trends, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper recording and organization of customer data in compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Compliance:
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies during customer interactions and data
handling.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
