SENIOR LECTURER (Strategic Management) Ref: MNUC/A/7/2023
QUALIFICATION
i. An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in Strategic Management or other
relevant field from an accredited and recognized University;
ii. Applicants must be holders of a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from an accredited
and recognized University in the area of specialty;
iii. At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the University level as a Lecturer or
research/ industry experience;
iv. A minimum of thirty two (32) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which
at least twenty four (24) should be from refereed scholarly journals;
v. Must have successfully supervised at least three (3) post-graduate students to
completion as a Lecturer or equivalent;
vi. Must be a member of a relevant professional body;
vii. Evidence of good quality teaching and active participation in departmental activities;
viii. Show evidence of attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars or
workshops;
ix. Evidence of the ability to attract research funding is an added advantage.
