LECTURER (Health Records & Information Management/ Public Health) Ref:

QUALIFICATION
i. An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in Health Records and Information
Management/ Public Health from an accredited and recognized University;
ii. Applicants must be holders of a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from an
accredited and recognized University in the area of specialty;
iii. At least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or in research or in
industry;
iv. Be registered with Public Health Officers and Technicians Council (PHOTC) and with
a valid membership certificate;
v. A minimum of 24 publication points of which at least sixteen (16) should be from
refereed journal papers;
vi. Show evidence of attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars or
workshops.
