SENIOR SUPERVISORS, THIRTEEN (13) POSITONS
Terms of service: One (1) Month Contract
Requirements for Appointment:
For appointment as a Senior Supervisor, a candidate must:
• Minimum academic qualification of a Degree from a recognized University preferably in Agricultural Sciences, Statistics, Social Sciences, Community Development and any other related disciplines;
• Must be computer literate and able to use a tablet;
• Must be able to communicate in Kiswahili, and English;
• The supervisors will also be identified from county government staff. Consideration will be given to the civil servants in the county;
• Senior County officers and subject matter specialists at Sub-county or County level;
• Experience on personnel management, supervision, extension and data collection advantage; and
• Participation in similar exercises will be an added advantage.
Duty and Responsibility
• Supervise and backstop Ward-based supervisors during the baseline/routine data collection.
