Terms of Service – Permanent and Pensionable
Basic Salary – Kshs. 42,970 p.m. (min) – Kshs. 59,120 p.m. (max)
House Allowance – Kshs. 13,000 p.m.
Commuter Allowance – Kshs. 6,000 p.m.
Medical Cover – Comprehensive Medical Cover
a) Requirements for Appointment
For Appointment to this grade, an Officer must have;
Served as a Human Resource Management Officer for a Period of three (3) years,
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development,
Industrial Relations or any other relevant Qualification from a recognized Institution,
Be a Registered Member with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
Shown Merit and Ability in Work Performance and Results
b) Duties and Responsibilities
Handling Human Resource Matters within established Policies and Regulations,
Handling Employees Discipline, Promotion and Re-designation matters,
Preparation and Implementation of the County Human Resource Management Advisory
Committee Matters,
Preparation of Training Needs Assessment and Training Projections for all Departments,
Analyzing Human Resource Issues and Data from Departments
