The Position
We are looking for a dedicated Strategic Engagement, Partnerships and Fundraising Manager. The overall responsibility for this position will entail; resource mobilization through identifying, establishing and strengthening relevant networks both public, private and international institutions within and without the country, geared towards supporting Born Free's global conservation agenda. The incumbent jobholder will ensure that partnerships are initiated, developed, and maintained in a proactive and collaborative manner, based on established needs and priorities as well as partners' interests, with due regard to the charity's Ethical Fundraising Policy. The position is on a two-year renewable contract subject performance.
Job Specifications;
• Bachelor Degree in International Relations, Marketing or any related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant and practical experience.
• Experience in managing relations with corporate partners, donors and other stakeholders. Networking skills

Project management.
• Ability to manage high pressure roles.
• Skills in grant proposal writing
