Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of rose cultivation, harvesting, and processing within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of horticulture, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and quantity of roses produced meet or exceed established standards.
Listed below are the desired qualifications;
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 Years' experience in rose cultivation or a similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and pest control methods.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in record-keeping and computer applications related to production management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
