Job Description
Requirements for Appointment;
Pursuant to the provision of section 13 ( 2 ) of the County Government Act, a person shall not be qualified for appointment as Clerk of County Assembly unless such person;
i. Is a Kenyan citizen.
ii. Holder of bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya or its equivalent
iii. Must have ten (10) years relevant professional experience in senior management in the public service or its equivalent.
iv. Be in possession of strategic leadership course from a recognize institution lasting not less than six weeks
v. Masters in the relevant field is an added advantage
vi. Meets the requirements of Leadership and Integrity set out in Chapter six in the constitution of Kenya
