Job Description

The recruiting entity is one of the largest Pension Schemes in the Country with an
asset base of over Ksh 15B. The Pension Scheme has over Kshs 11 Billion invested in
one (1) Commercial Building, residential properties and vacant plots spread across
the country. The Scheme is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following
positions:
The role is responsible for maintaining a clean environment in the office,
kitchenette management and offering logistical support.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collecting, recording, delivering distributing mails;
- Attending official errands as directed by officers;
- Photocopying documents;
- Paying bills including statutory payments;
- Assisting in receiving and directing visitors;
- Driving official motor vehicle as may be directed;
- Ensuring safety passengers, sound maintenance and upkeep of motor
vehicle as may be assigned; and
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Person Specification
- KCSE Certificate.
- Must be an NYS graduate.
- At least 5 years driving experience.
