Job Purpose
Responsible for coordination, preparation and implementation of the strategic plan, performance contract, monitoring, evaluation, research, and policy analysis.
Job Requirements
i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: economics, statistics, mathematics, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
ii. Proficiency in computer applications; and,
iii. Fulfil the requirements of chapter 6 of the Constitution.
Job Specifications
i. Assisting in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Authority’s strategic plan and annual corporate work plans.
ii. Assisting in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the Authority’s performance contract; and
iii. Supporting the development and monitoring of the annual budget and procurement plan.
Personal Specifications
i. Innovative thinking and analytical skills.
ii. Communication and report writing skills.
iii. Interpersonal skills; and
iv. Team player
