Brief Description
• The ideal candidate will provide functional, process and procedural support to all users of the cargo operations system, drive Cargo Operational system utilization and monitor work instructions to enable best practice, Monitor system usage across the cargo network, in accordance to KQ Standard Operating procedures and vendors recommendations and operations analysis, Function lead and coordinate on system enhancement and improvement and also lead dissemination of new system changes through training and monitoring.

Detailed Description
Principal Accountabilities (Responsibility)
• Provide training for the new users and re-trainings as needed to commercial and operations staff (GHA’s, GSA’s, CSA’s & staff).
• Manage the configuration and operations of client-based computer operating systems.
• Identify and authorize user access rights and permissions to be created by IT.
• Tracking system performance on daily basis and escalating user concerns.
• Manage first level of support on behalf of users before escalating to 2nd level (KQ Service Desk/ Vendors).
• Manage the internal and external suppliers (vendor) to ensure they meet their SLA’s and provide 24/7 support for the system to ensure availability and reliability of systems and services.
• Collaborate with KQ IT and vendors for any system upgrade and enhancement roll-out.
• Timely delivery of the weekly operations reports to Cargo Leadership and maintain operations dashboard.
• Monitoring system integration to and from ICMS and work with IT on interventions on need basis
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are implemented and supported by the system (IATA, Customs and Security) with regard to ICMS booking tool.
• Identify and report hazards, near misses, risks, incidents and accidents at cargo office and operations.

Job Requirements
Qualification(Minimum)
• Degree in related field.
• Basic cargo skills training.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Cargo operations
• Knowledge of cargo handling systems (Altea, nGen, KRA ICMS)
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft office packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory skills.
• Airside Safety Training.
• Dangerous Goods Category 6.
• Aviation Security.
• SMS Training.
• TCR Training.
• Warehouse skills.
