Terms of Engagement: Temporary for one (1) Year
Directorate/Department: Policy, Research and Strategy (PRS)
Remuneration: Gross Consolidated Remuneration of Ksh.40,000 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake research using internal and external data sources, best practice and benchmarking groups;
To assimilate and analyze research data quickly and accurately;
Produce concise and well researched reports as required;
Identify resource mobilization strategies and develop draft funding proposals and concept papers;
Produce regular updates on key areas of interest to the Board including National Parliament, Senate and County Government Parliamentary Bills;
Support managers on policy development by researching best practice and supporting with consultation;
Co-ordinating and administering the review and development of policies;
Supporting effective, high quality Impact Assessments;
Support in Carrying out Surveys; and
Any other duties that may be reasonably required.
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Economics/Statistics or Social Sciences from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in computer application skills:
• Advanced Excel and analytical tools
