SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- KWT 7 (1 Position)
Job Description
Duties and responsibilities

i) Attending to visitors/clients and handling telephone calls
ii) Operating office equipment to include photocopying, printing
iii) Distributing, collecting, analyzing and compiling a report from the feedback
forms from customer care and disability mainstreaming
iv) Managing the Regional Coordinator’s diary
v) Managing office petty cash and coordinating the surrender
vi) Maintaining an up to date filing system in the office
vii) Establishing and monitoring procedure for record keeping of correspondence
and file movements
viii) Preparing responses to simple routine correspondence
ix) Undertaking any other administrative services duties that may be assigned

Job Specifications
For direct appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
i. Higher National Diploma in Business Management/Administration from a
recognized institution; OR Passed Part II of the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Examination
ii. Proficiency in computer applications;
iii. Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
iv. Two (2) years relevant work experience
OR
i. Diploma from a recognized institution;
ii. Proficiency in computer applications
iii. Four (4) years relevant work experience
iv. Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution

iii) Should be able to work with minimal supervision
