· Have a Diploma course in community organization from recognized institution
· Have graduated not earlier than year 2017;

Job Description
Job Purpose
Coordinating sports programmes from the counties and identifying talents.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
· In charge of the management of community centre
· Identifying, nurturing and developing talents among the youth.
· Responsible for organizing developmental youth activities
· In charge of all physical assets and inventory in the centre
· Ensuring booked activities/functions follow the laid down procedures
· Initiates Works Requisitions for repairs and maintenance of recreational facilities
· Advise the community on County operations/policies
· Liaises with other stakeholders both internally and externally.
· Community Mobilization
· Handling intra-group conflicts
· Responsible for group formation, registration and strengthening of existing groups.
