CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER JOB REF: MN 8280
Our Client, a well-established SACCO is calling for applications from qualified Kenyan citizens for the vacant position of Chief Executive Officer. The position is on contractual terms i.e. Three (3) years, renewable based on performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance) or any other business related field.
• Masters in Strategic Management.
• CPA (K)/ACCA holder.
• A member of ICPAK and in good standing.
• A Minimum of Ten (10) years' experience in a deposit taking SACCO or a financial institution, five (5) of which must be in a senior management level.
• Must have experience in Human Resource and ICT matters.
• Knowledge of the SACCO business model and other operational issues of the SACCO.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must have Business Development and Marketing skills.
• Must have Good analytical and Communication Skills.
• Must be of high integrity and should not be temperamental.
• Results oriented.
• Must be a good team leader. Have ability to supervise staff and network with stakeholders.
• Age between 40 - 45 years.
