Gross Salary: USD 5,000-8,000 plus benefits,
Our client is an established brokerage company that provides trading solutions. They are looking to hire a Managing Director in Kenya who will be responsible for executing and delivering targets the company set, while resourcefully developing and managing all operations in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in communicating and implementing the Company’s vision, mission, and overall direction.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the overall organization’s strategy.
• Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a Board of Directors
• Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business and the organization
• Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
• Evaluating the success of the company in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
• Evaluating the success of the company in reaching its goals
• Looking at potential acquisitions or the sale of the company under circumstances that will enhance shareholder value
• Representing the company in civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the district or at the national level
• Participating in industry related events or associations that will enhance the CEO’s leadership skills, the company’s reputation and the company’s potential for success
• Any further responsibilities / duties that the senior management and the relevant manager of the corporate group may assign to you during your employment
Key Skill and Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Academic qualifications of a relevant to our industry will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in the industry
• Over 5 years of experience in managerial position
• Non bankruptcy / Clearance available
• Non-criminal / Clean record available
• CMA exams successful
• Member of a Professional Body (CMA, CISI, ACI, CIFA, etc.)
• Company reference letter to be able to be provided once we reach the final stage
