Business Development Section: Marketing
Reports to: Senior Marketing Officer
Purpose Of The Job
The position assists the Senior Marketing Officer in driving marketing initiatives and related activities in the Sacco.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
• Actively conducts direct sales within the SACCO business target areas
• Participates in coordinating the recruitment of new members and involvement in member retention strategies.
• Actively participates in social media content creation and communication.
• Assists in the promotion and advertisements activities - Participates in the Sacco's marketing activities.
• Assists in the implementation of the Sacco's Customer Service Charter. - Assists in conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
• Participates in the Society's member education programs - Identify opportunities, map the markets and close business
• Facilitate the branding of the SACCO to members and nonmembers.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Senior Marketing Officer
Experience
• 2 years' experience in sales and marketing
Academic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in marketing
Professional Qualification
• Diploma or Certificate in marketing and sales
