Job Summary
As a Logbook Loan Team Leader, you'll lead and motivate a team of specialists, ensuring they meet sales targets while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Your expertise will guide team members, and you'll contribute to marketing strategies and operational improvements for our logbook loan business.

• To recruit train, supervise organize and guide a highly motivated marketers team.
• To meet production targets on sales and, recruitment.

• Proven experience working as a sales agent
