Job Description
Facilities Engineer (3 Positions) Job Grade 6 (Permanent And Pensionable) REF : 16 / 8 / 2023.
Qualifications
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following: Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized university;
2. Membership in good standing of a relevant professional body;
3. Demonstration of results in work performance;
4. Proficiency in computer applications skills; and
5. Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

Responsibilities
1. Undertaking petroleum production, monitoring and evaluation;
2. Conducting petroleum management planning;
3. Undertaking review and evaluation of workover designs;
4. Undertaking review of production equipment designs;
5. Assisting in review of production costs and estimates; and
6. Monitoring developments in the sector through regular engagement of stakeholders.
