POSITION: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT III JOB GROUP CPSB
11 (H)
Number of Posts: Five (5) Posts
Terms of Service: Permanent
Basic Salary Scale: As provided for by the Salaries and Remunerations Commission
Duties and responsibilities
An officer at this level will work under the guidance of senior officer performing the following
duties and responsibilities
1. Issuing and receiving stores;
2. Assist in stock taking;
3. Reconciliation;
4. Preparation and maintenance of records, and;
5. Inventory and stock control.
Requirements for Appointment
1. Diploma (CIPS) in Supplies Management or its equivalent qualification from a
recognized institution.
2. MUST be a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
3. Knowledge in E-sourcing (IFMIS) is an added advantage and,
