Job Description
Reporting to the Nurse Lead – Critical Care, the successful candidates will be
responsible for delivering high quality, effective and compassionate high standards of
professional individualised health care services to all critically ill patients and their
families.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.
• KRN, KRM, KRCHN, BSc. Nursing. with, ICU experience
• minimum three years of experience in CCU nursing
• Updated BLS & ACLS qualifications from a relevant body.
• Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Valid Practicing License from Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & customer care skills.
• Excellent assessment skills, ability to detect subtle changes in a patient’s condition.
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
• Certificate in computer applications.
