Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
2. Analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for Improvement
3. Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure success Implementation of Initiatives
4. Lead projects almed at improving operational efficiency and reduce costs
5. Prepare reports on operational performance Including benchmarks against Industry standards or best practices
6. Motivate employees to Improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous Improvement and Innovation
7. Ensure effective day to day leadership and motivation of Kalzen teams to achieve continual Improvement goals.
8. Act as the Internal consultant to lead change process in achieving results through cost reduction activities, continuous Improvements, customer satisfaction and improved productivity.
9. Conduct internal audits of all continuous improvement projects and develop plans to improve operations.
10. Propagate understanding of 6s, visual management, TPM, TSM, TQM & safety at work.
11. Ensure attainment of AM and PM levels within agreed time spans.
12. Coordinate and drive structured processes for close follow up actions from assessments and audits.
13. Document process Improvements.
14. Maintenance and update of Katzen gallery.
15. Perform analysis on key metrics/processes and recommend Katzen process Improvements that maximizes efficiencies.
16. Ensure provision of training and awareness campaigns to management, supervisors, team leaders and operations personnel on Katzen concepts and tools.
17. Communicate progress and results as required, ensuring an on-going training culture to maintain Improvements.
18. Planning of all Integrated Management Systems activities (Audits, GKWs, Trainings, 65, etc) as may be directed by the management.
19. Effective Implementation of company Quality policies and Systems Procedures (ISO 9001, 14001,17025, IATF, and Operational excellence)
Interested candidates must have the following basic qualifications and attributes: -
•University degree in Engineering or allied disciplines.
• Katzen Practitioner.
•Experience In ISO systems is an added advantage.
• Between age 28-35years.
• Proven ability to Inspire manufacturing teams to find Innovative solutions to persistent
problems,
• Foster creativity.
• Implement improvement projects.
• Excellent knowledge of the Katzen.
• Team player.
