Finance Officer II – Systems, Job Group ‘J’ – (2 Posts)
Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Install and update software and applications to office and field equipment as requested.
• Assist with departmental IT infrastructure setup and maintenance.
• Perform data recovery as needed and implement disaster recovery procedures
• Maintain system friendly physical environment for network hardware
• Provide first level support for revenue management system and departmental IT
infrastructure
• Work under the supervision and direction of the system administrator to maintain the
revenue management system.
Requirements for Appointment:-
• Diploma in Information Technology or related course.
• Accounting course preferably CPA I
• Three (3) years working experience in an IT related environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems.
• Broad knowledge of computer hardware, network operations and maintenance
• Familiarity with computer systems from end user perspective
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server architecture
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a related field is an added advantage
