The Commercial Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and manage a high-performing commercial team (BD, Design & Marketing)) to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that will drive growth and increase market share.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on performance to the executive team.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, or any other related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the energy sector, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies.
• Experience in managing sales and marketing teams and building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and experience in using data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
