Public Health Assistant III, Job Group ‘G’ - (4 Posts)
Requirements for Appointment
➢ Must have a Certificate in Environmental Health Sciences or Public Health Technology from a recognized institution
➢ Has a valid registration with the Public Health Officers and Technicians Council
➢ Has a valid practicing license
➢ Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution
Duties And Responsibilities:-
• Mobilizing, sensitizing and advising communities on matters related to environmental health
• Referring health cases to relevant health facilities
• Carrying out immunization
• Identifying environmental health issues at household level
• Organizing community health days to advise communities on common public health issues
• Collecting and maintaining up to date records of services rendered
• Assessing health needs of the community

c. Certificate of Good Conduct from Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI)
d. Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
e. Clearance Certificate from Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
