Terms of Service – Contract
Requirement for Appointment;
For Appointment to this Grade, the Applicant must have;
A Kenya Citizen,
A relevant Bachelors Degree recognized in Kenya,
A Masters Degree will be an added advantage,
Be a Strategic Thinker and Result Oriented,
Proven experience of at least ten (10) years of service from a Reputable Educational
Organization,
Computer Literacy,
Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
Duties and Responsibilities;
Oversee smooth running of the Education, Children, Gender Affairs, Culture and Social
Services Division,
Implementation of County Executive Committee Resolutions as guided by the Executive
Committee Member,
Formulate and Implement effective Divisional Plans in Line with Vision 2030, CIDP III and
other Sectoral Goals,
Proper Management and Supervision of Human Resources in the Division,
Planning and Coordination of the Divisional Activities,
Develop, Update and Implement all Divisional Policies and Procedures,
Create Linkages and Collaboration with other Stakeholders in the Field,
Ensure Compliance with the National Values and Principles of Good Governance as outlined
in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution.
