QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 44,400.00 - 61,110.00 (CPSB 09).
House Allowance: Ksh. 22,000.00 p.m
Commuter Allowance: KSh. 6,000.00 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Three (3) Years Contract (Renewable)

Requirements for appointment: -
i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration; Business
Administration/Management, Community Development or any other Social Science;
ii. Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than three (3) years;
iii. Excellent organizational skills; and
iv. Effective communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities: -
i. Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
ii. Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
iii. Systematically filing important department documents.
iv. Forward all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members in the department.
v. Manage office protocol and etiquette;
vi. Establish and monitoring procedures for record keeping of correspondence and file movements;
vii. Provide logistics on the management of transport in the department;
viii. Schedule meetings and booking conference rooms;
ix. Hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment; and
x. Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
