MEDICAL SPECIALIST I (ENT SURGEON) JOB GROUP '.CPSB O4', V/NO.KCPSB/11/2021/16 (1 POSITION)
Terms of Service: 3-year generation
Remuneration: As per SRC guidelines
Requirements for Appointment
i. Have a Bachelors of medicine and surgery from a medical practitioners and dentist board recognized institution
ii. Have a Master's degree in ENT Surgery
iii. Have a Certificate of registration by Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
iv. Have a valid practice license from Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
v. Demonstrate professional competence and managerial capability
vi. Specialist recognition certificate if already attained will be recognized for higher entry
level
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Undertake general diagnosis, care treatment and rehabilitation of ENT surgical patients
ii. . Carrying out specialized clinical care.
iii. Training, consulting and performing emergency and effective ENI surgical operations
iv. Carrying out medical legal services
v. Undertake health research and Analyze medical data far reports
vi. Participation in quality assurance and improvement of services in ENT
vii. Coordinating emergency response and clinical care
viii. Provision of forensic and medico -legal services
ix. Developing medical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
x. Participate in planning and implementation of specific projects and programs preventive
and promotive services related to cancers of the reproductive health
xi. Promote research within the specialty
xii. Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor
